IBDW (Shameless Request for Comments!)

Lots of posts today for IBDW - I've been commenting up a storm - so I'm curious to try on my blog too! Please say "Hi" in the comments if you are reading, even if you regularly comment anyway. More than just "Hi" is always welcome, of course. I love finding new blogs to read :)

And, I promise, the final installment of the half marathon recap is coming...

  1. Oh How fun! I always read even if I don't always comment. Looking forward to your Part II of the marathon. :)

  7. Visiting for the first time from Fran's blog (Everyone Else But me).

I love meeting others in this community. It's been a long TTC road for us (8yrs), but we have been blessed and due with our first baby in March.

I wish you the very best on this journey. Keep up the faith!

  9. Happy 2 year blogoversary! I am delurking (though I must sheepishly admit that I have been a slacker in reading AND commenting these days)!! You always say the nicest things on my blog and I am very appreciative. I will try to comment more. =)

  10. Hello!! Not a lurker as I comment semi frequently, however - just wanted to say 'hi' and to see if I can give you a friendly push to post the final installment of the half - I am very interested!!

  12. Hi Jill! Thanks for your lovely comment. I don't know if it is bad blog ettiquette to respond here but I loved this bit:

'I'm slowly learning to not put other things in my life on hold because of a hope that I'm one day going to lead a different (better) life.'

I think *that* is the spiky bit about hope that I keep tangling with as well. Not that hope is a terrible bad thing, but sometimes it's not helpful in letting you live the moment that is here to be lived.

ps - I've only just looked properly at the pictures of River and realised he's a blue heeler - so lovely!

Looks like a sweetie! 19. Hi, I'm here for ICLW. Congrats on the running - I'd love to be a runner except that I, you know, hate actually running :P I did manage a 5k last year, which I was sort of ridiculously proud of. -ICLW #85

  24. Hey Jill!

    Where are you??!!

I see your Comment Storm has worked a treat...I've been experimenting and found that no matter how many zillions of comments I make I still receive the same amount as before...mostly due to my Lame Blog Disease condition...but not you! So when do we get the rest of the marathon tale? How is River???!!!

Anyway, I hope all is okay with you....
