Ok, for some weird reason, I'm completely dreading tonight's "run". :(
I have been looking forward to them up till now. Yesterday I even went for a mile walk with river so that I wouldn't be going out tonight after having done nothing for two days.
I really hope tonight doesn't kick my ass. I'm definitely doing week 1 over again...
ugh.

ReplyDeleteThe second day of both week one and 2 have been the hardest for me. Even when I was running the whole 30 minutes, forever ago, there were tough days. Just lace back up and go, unless you're body is hurting (not the usual soreness of starting exercise) and telling you not to.
